LimbPower support amputees, individuals with limb difference and their families to bridge the gap between hospital rehabilitation and community and school engagement to rebuild lives and improve physical, social and mental well-being.
We will use this donation towards our teen transition work. Creating Guides for Parents and teens and for the Healthcare Professionals who support them during the transition from child to adult services.

The timing is perfect as we develop resources to support teenagers transitioning from child to adult prosthetic healthcare services.
