Pedal Power is an inclusive cycling charity that aims to remove barriers to cycling that many face, so enabling everyone - all ages and abilities - to access the many pleasures and benefits of cycling. We mainly work with people furthest removed from being able to access cycling due to disability and age, as well as cultural and economic factors.
This donation is hugely appreciated and couldn't have come at a better time. We're an inclusive cycling charity for all ages and abilities and a lifeline for many in the disabled community. Pedal Power us as much about community as it is cycling, and we're passionate about being able to continue to offer our services and supportive, safe space for our members and the wider community. What our donation will help fund
We're thrilled to receive this donation and it means we can reach and help more people to access cycling and all its benefits. We'll put it towards continuing to deliver our our core inclusive cycling and community café services for our beneficiaries, the majority of whom are disabled. Our services include accessible cycle hire (we have a huge range of adaptive cycles and specialist accessories), individual assessments to match each person to the right cycle and accessories, cycle skills training for all ages and abilities, cycle servicing and repairs and inclusive, community café.
