What our donation will help fund

We used the funds towards our expenses for Lipoedema UK stands at major Healthcare professionals events. We find these events a very effective way of reaching thousands of doctors, nurses, and NHS professionals. surgeons , educating them to recognise the symptoms of lipoedema and the importance of recognising it in their own patients. We also forge new connections with healthcare professional associations which leads to articles on lipoedema in their magazines,, speaking at more conferences and raising more awareness.

Lipoedema UK's aims are to prevent future generations enduring a lifetime of misdiagnosis, lack of effective treatments, pain and despair.
