The PMDD Project

Registered charity number: 1208032
Supporting people impacted by Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) by raising awareness, providing support, and supporting ground-breaking research.

What our donation will help fund

This £1,000 directly supports the development and delivery of practical PMDD resources for individuals, workplaces and healthcare professionals. The difference it makes:
- Enables us to research, write, and design evidence-based resources
- Supports lived-experience-informed guidance that people can use immediately
- Helps us keep resources free and accessible to those who need them most

What it specifically enables:
- Development of downloadable PMDD resources
- Design and accessibility formatting so resources are inclusive, accessible, clear and shareable
- Distribution via our website and social channels, and workshops we facilitate, reaching thousands of people affected by PMDD

As the UK's first and only charity dedicated solely to PMDD, The PMDD Project exists to ensure that people affected by PMDD are seen, heard, and properly supported. This generous £1,000 donation will make a real difference to our work by enabling us to develop vital educational resources, expand awareness, and strengthen the support we provide to individuals, workplaces, and healthcare professionals. Funding like this allows us to continue breaking down stigma, improving understanding, and creating practical change for a community that has been overlooked for far too long.
