The £1,000 donation from Benefact has been vital in helping Glow NI continue supporting women facing isolation, low confidence, and mental health challenges. Your funding has contributed directly to the delivery of our personal development, and mental health and wellbeing programmes, covering essential costs such as facilitators, materials, and safe spaces where women can come together to learn and grow.

Thanks to this support, woman and girls gained tools to build self-esteem, improve mental health, and develop stronger connections within their communities.
