We are a small group of volunteers who have created, maintain and develop a place for education and recreation at Loch of Blairs near Forres, Moray. Our goal is to create a place loved by our whole community, regardless of age or ability.
The grant will be used to provide more equipment and facilities for educational and recreational purposes. This will include things such as a Squirrel observation area, improved access for disabled visitors and outdoor sitting areas.
This grant is a wonderful boost to our funds and will help us complete some essential maintenance on our bird hides and construct a new Squirrel watching hide. Loch of Blairs has become a very popular destination for the local community and this donation will help hundreds of people enjoy the peace & tranquilly of the place.
