HART Wildlife Rescue is a UK registered charity operating a busy wildlife hospital in Alton, North East Hampshire, providing crucial rescue, treatment and rehabilitation services for wildlife from across Hampshire and surrounding counties.
The donation will make an enormous, direct difference to the animals we treat here at HART. It costs us around £16,000 a month to carry out our work rescuing, rehabilitating and re-releasing wildlife and we are entirely reliant on donations. This donation means that as the busy spring season kicks in, and many orphaned and injured juvenile animals begin to come through our doors, we are equipped to deliver treatment and rehabilitation so that we can help get them back were they belong.
The wonderful thing about a donation like this is that it has a direct, tangible impact on the wildlife we treat. As the busy season begins, funds go directly towards the treatment of orphaned and injured juvenile animals, giving them the best chance of a successful re-introduction into the wild.
