Formed in 2006, Leeds Rowing Club has grown to over 150 members of all ages and experience levels. Our squads cater to everyone, from casual participants to competitive rowers. Rowing in Leeds was once limited to the University Boat Club, but since 2006, the community rowing club has revitalized the sport at Waterloo Lake and expanded to a second site on the Aire and Calder Canal. The club now includes athletes ranging from social rowers to elite competitors, with members having rowed at prestigious events like the Henley Royal Regatta and the Paralympic Games.
