LTSB is a social mobility charity that prepares and supports bright young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into meaningful roles with major firms. We make sure those at risk of under-employment find careers equal to their ambition and ability, and can contribute from their first day on the job.
Since 2012, we’ve worked with over 2000 young people, providing them with personal and professional development to prepare them for the world of work, then working to place them in roles across accountancy & finance, digital technology, customer service, law, marketing and insurance.
With this donation, we can ensure more young people from disadvantaged backgrounds receive the preparation and support they deserve to access life-changing careers. Our programmes are designed to not only get young people into employment, but to support them through the first 6 - 12 months of their career, and Movement For Good's donation will help us achieve these long-term outcomes.
