We are an independent, local charity that provides free, confidential advice to help people solve their problems. We're here to help everyone, no matter their background. Our purpose is "sharing knowledge to transform lives". During 2023/24, we helped 31,171 local people with their problems. As well as our general advice service, we also have specialist services including Help To Claim, Leicestershire Energy Support and Multiply budgeting advice.

What our donation will help fund

We will use this generous donation to continue providing advice services in Leicester and Leicestershire. During 2023/34, we helped over 31,000 people with independent, confidential, and accredited advice on issues like benefits, housing, and debt.
