Our mission is to engage and empower neighbours to care for each other in practical, relational and sustainable ways that gives everyone the opportunity to live out their potential. They believe transformation happens when we come together as friends, neighbours, churches, organizations and business owners to address poverty, social isolation, discrimination, violence and other community gaps and injustices.
