Initium is a leading organization in Quebec that offers a social integration environment dedicated to the recovery and development of people struggling with significant mental health challenges. We want a hub where people on the journey can discover the resources available to help them get started. Initium also offers support to individuals who want to access the job market. This support supports the person at all stages of the process, from pre-employability to post-employment. Each individual is invited to choose their goals and how they wish to pursue them, at their own pace. It is therefore with conviction that we support each individual to go beyond his or her limits by relying on his or her strengths. Community is central to Initium's approach, so everyone can serve as a role model, a reference or contribute to their peers. We believe that collaboration is as important with our partners in the community and health care system as it is between our participants.
