We’re the charity that keeps Devon’s two air ambulances flying and our Critical Care Cars responding, and in 2024, we were tasked to attend 2,457 missions by air and road.
A sudden, serious illness or injury can happen to anyone. Ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances need us to reach and treat them rapidly. Our amazing win in 2024 helped our crews to remain ready to respond. Every penny we receive helps to keep our pilots, paramedics and doctors fully equipped with life-saving kit and the skills to provide crucial, time-critical care there and then.
I am thrilled that we were chosen to be a winner. We are entirely funded by donations and it is wonderful to receive such a large donation to help us keep flying and have the support of everyone with their votes helping us save lives, together.
