What our donation will help fund

The £1,000 donation from The Movement For Good went towards the costs of our summer youth residential, benefitting 54 inner-city young women. Teen Action’s bi-annual BreakAway retreats are a fully youth-led programme, designed to allow adolescents to practice independence, develop leadership skills and participate in outdoor learning. It supports the wellbeing of disadvantaged, inner-city young women who often live in cramped housing, do not have access to green spaces and have burdensome caring responsibilities.

Teen Action have been part of our consortiums for a number of years. They are a well-respected and popular organisation within the community and have proved their ability to deliver high-quality provision with good outcomes for their young people.
