Little Blue Heroes Foundation supports families of children with serious illnesses in Ireland. Our mission is to provide practical and financial support to families of children who have serious illnesses in Ireland while granting the wish of the children we support to become Honorary Gardaí to empower the the child and foster positive engagement with An Garda Síochána and local communities.
In 2023, Little Blue Heroes Foundation received a generous €5,000 donation from the Benefact Group, which directly supported two families in need. These funds provided vital financial aid, helping to alleviate some of the challenges they faced. Specifically, the donation contributed towards essential living expenses, medical costs, and travel support for hospital visits, ensuring that the children and their families could focus on their well-being without added financial strain.
This assistance made a meaningful difference, easing financial burdens and allowing the families to access necessary resources during difficult times. Thanks to this support, Little Blue Heroes Foundation was able to continue its mission of providing practical and emotional relief to families of children with serious illnesses.
