DF delivers support advice and information to people diagnosed with dementia, their family carers and families. The support is given from pre diagnosis to end of life through a range of services including home visits and assessments by Dementia Support Advisors, Admiral Nurse referrals and group activities. It is dedicated to making a difference through a high level of localised personal service.
