Since 2004, RicNic has empowered young people aged between 5 and 25 to take ownership of their creative journeys and get involved in theatre productions, music festivals, workshops, after-school clubs, digital projects, and much more. All driven by their ideas and leadership, at RicNic, the young people take the lead while we offer support every step of the way. Every opportunity is completely free, designed to help young people develop skills, build confidence, and explore creative career pathways—regardless of their prior experience.
Each year, we work with over 2,000 participants across Staffordshire, Cheshire, the West Midlands, and beyond—especially in areas with limited access to the arts.
