Cuddle cots gives precious extra time for parents of stillborn babies to make lifelong memories with their child before a funeral. Parents can have the opportunity to take their baby home for a short time. They can invite siblings and extended family to meet their child, taking the pressure off explaining that their baby has died, and giving them time to come to terms with their loss.

Cariad Angel Gowns have donated 25 cuddle cots in the last two years. Each cot costs £1,600. The funding will allow the charity to provide another cot in an area where it is needed so that countless families can have the special gift of extra time, making the only lifelong memories they can before saying their final goodbye to a much wanted baby.
