Set up 35 years ago the MPS Society is the only national charity in the UK that provides support and expertise to over 1,500 children, young adults and families who are affected by 25 rare MPS diseases. The MPS and related diseases are cruel, genetic diseases which cause progressive physical disability and in many cases severe neurological deterioration. The MPS Society is heavily reliant on voluntary donations so that it can be there for every person in the UK affected by MPS and related diseases.
